Hello VJ please i need your help in filling the form G325a, at the first line, last by the right there is a place written

(FILE NUMBER "A") and also at the down right it says (ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER "A") we really don't know what to fill in there.

2) my fiance changed her family name to my. so can she be using my own family name to fill out the I-130

3) the blank space where will fill nothing do we need to put "NA" because we tried putting "NA" in some of the box and it says (only number that is allowed)

4) do we use capital letters to fill out all the box?

thanks so much in anticipations

I am confused, are you married or engaged? for you said your fiance changed her name and then you say she is using your family name to fill out the I-130? so are you filing for K1 or CR1?

Because you don't have the Alien registration number YET. You can't fill the number so you say N/A and if it doesn't allow you to put letters then leave it blank.

Please clear up what kind of petition you are filing for, so we may help you better. Thanks.

I filled mine out in all caps.

If she changed her name, then that's what she should be using as her name.

There's a part for previous names where they'll put her maiden name.

There were plenty of times the form told me NUMBERS ONLY! and yet it kept the N/A there anyway.

Put her new name. When I printed it out I wrote N/A on a couple of lines by hand. I did not use all caps.

As for the alien # you won't get that until your case get to NVC.National visa Center

A 123456789 number will not be issued until the beneficiary has picked up their passport with the visa in it. That is the Alien number the member is referring to. He will not get an Alien number at NVC, they will get a LGS 123456789 number when they are at NVC stage.

i was little confused here, in same form G325A, it says: This form is submitted in connections with an application for:

Nutralization,

Status as permanent resident,

Other (Specify).

so i don't really know if it's status as permanent resident or other (I-130)

It is possible to type in letters, even if only numbers are allowed yes.gif

To do that, you need to:

1) open your .pdf file

2) go to Edit-> Preferences -> JavaScript

3) Uncheck "Enable JavaScript"

4) Click OK

Done!
