ya! that happened to us! They gave us a green slip explaining what it was that he needed. Did your fiance receive that? Anyway the address is:

Consulado Geral Dos Estados Unidos

Setor de Vistos de Imigrantes

Av. Presidente Wilson 147

Rio De Janeiro RJ, 20030-020

Once we got the document in (he hand delivered it the Friday after his Tuesday interview) he received the visa in the mail about 9 business days after! So it will only delay it as long as it takes to get the document in really. Good Luck and CONGRATULATIONS!

Message me if I can help you at all!

If you don't mind me asking, what document were you missing? Is it something that's not listed on the website?

My father is our Co-Sponsor and they needed proof that he is an American. Always something. :)
