Married but not living together, will it be a problem for green card application?

Hi,

I`m working in Maryland as postdoc under J-1 visa, and my husband who is American is in Massachusetts.

We met two and a half years ago when I was doing a training in MA, and started to date one and a half years ago. And just got married.

We have never lived together. It`s always I fly there or he fly here. Basically, we see each other twice a month.

I`m now applying waiver for my J-1.

The plan is that after I get my green card, and finish my fellowship here in Maryland, which is in the end of 2014, I`ll move to MA and look for jobs.

My questions will it be a problem for green card application that we don`t live together?
