Regarding DS-156 to Dublin Embassy

I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I'm ready to send Packet 3 to the Dublin Embassy to the purpose of applying for my K-1 Visa and interview and I'm not exactly sure what needs to be sent together because it's not completely clear.

They say I must complete and return the DS-230 Part 1 form immediately in order to start processing my case. I sent that in as soon as I got Packet 3 but realised that I made an error and put the wrong month I visited the US last, which was November rather than September. Would that not be a big deal or should I send a second amended copy?

Also, in relation to form DS-230, which I was told to send back immediately (which I did 3 weeks ago but haven't heard anything since), was I expected to send a printed duplicate signed copy of an electronic version of Form DS-156 and the Notification of Readiness with DS-230? With the duplicate electronic version they also mention an enclosed 'Forms DS-156' which wasn't contained in the package. I've been hearing conflicting information about DS-156, where some people seem to be taking it to the interview while others post it to the embassy prior to receiving an appointment date. I wish they made things a little more clearer or that there could be a helpline you can call when you're unsure because I don't want to delay the process any longer by getting something wrong. I tried emailing but they never reply. So I guess my main question is, do you send the duplicate form DS-156 with the Notification of Readiness or do you take them with you to the interview or both? It seems every embassy has completely different requirements and the Irish one is one of the most unclear of them all. Also, there is no mention of a DS-156K form.

Thank you very much guys,

Chris
