On June 23, 2013, the post office returned the Card we mailed to you as undeliverable. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address.

I am still living at the same place.

I received Welcome letter receipt of payment for green card and social so what is the problem?

your usps postal carrier, on that day, did not realize you lived there and 'nixed' the letter back to USCIS.

We had the same issue with the EAD/AP card. 3 attempts. In our situation, the mail person was indicating no one was home after he states he rang the bell for signature. I work from home AND he couldnt work yet. So after speaking to Post Master and telling them that they keep returning documents from Homeland Security.....3rd time the charm. Its showed up. And surprise suprise...he didnt ring our bell that time either.

Some mailman will not drop bank/cards, any cards to a new name at an address

maybe you should introduce yourself to the carrier if others mails made it to you,

some are just being cautious and rightfully so

This is a well documented problem here in VJ website. The postal office/carrier does not recognize the new name at the address. When the beneficiary arrives in the US you should notify the post office that they are living at the address. This will insure all mail under their name will arrive without problems.

In some places, they don;t deliver sensitive mail unless the name is on the mail box. Some VJers have reported success after putting their name on (or on the inside of) their mail box.

I have placed my name in the mail box and call USCIS for them to return same.
