How to enter Canada on a B-2 tourist visa?

My relatives are from Vietnam and they have a b-2 tourist visa to enter the US. They were at the Canadian border today and got sent away. They want to try to re-enter but is the best way to apply online? How long will the online application take to process to get the visa? They will only be in the Seattle area for one week. Is there a faster way to do it even if it means paying more money? Thanks!

This is a US forum. Canada does not have a B2 visa, I am sure their web sites have plenty of information on whatever the Canadian visitor visa's are called.

Vietnamese nationals need Canadian visitor visas to visit Canada. A US B-2 visa has nothing to do with Canada so it's irrelevant. (US citizens and LPRs do are visa exempt and do not need visitor visas to visit Canada.)

Where are your relatives now?

Do they have one-times visa or multiple use visas?

We're they refused entry into the US or Canada?

Foreigners with a valid visitors visa to the US are at times

granted a Canadian visa at the land border. IF they have visited

the US a few times then went home, if its a day trip (shopping

outlets in Niagra, trip to casinos in Niagra, Barrie or Windsor)

the boder agent you run into decides also if some of your US family is

on the trip, otherwise they will have to apply for Canadian visa in

their own country.
