A classic first witness

Once again the states star witness is torching their case like Sherman s march to the sea.. She has changed her sworn testimonies and statements so many times I have lost track.

Several things are obvious. One is that she was obviously coached last night. No it's yes sir and she is not as combative. Obvious someone tampered with her. The commentators even allude to it and the defense even had to ask her. Ben Crump might be in trouble for perjury and witness tampering.,

This witness has zero credibility. Now she just said she head TM say get off. Then it turned in to she may have heard a "little get off"

The defense is purposely being very detailed because he is a building a trail of her many many inconsistent statements, out right lies to impeach her.

I don't care how much you believe TM was killed in an altercation started by GZ, this testimony does not support anything, except that the prosecution has tried to manufacture a star witness and failed..

Who started the fight or altercation is of utmost importance and the main question. it's the main question of Was GZ defending himself.

Judge is getting irritated with the defense. The jury should be picking up on that. The defense needs to score a couple quick points and get off this witness.

I will admit, the court has given this witness latitude in answering questions that's way beyond normal.
