It was a good day for the defense... We again established that travon was within yards of his fathers home. Yards of a locked door...yards of safety....Just enter a door shut it and call the police. . Instead we found out that travon is a racist... and he even mentioned killing. ( Jeantel says Martin described as a “creepy, white, kill-my-neighbors cracker,” and a “creepy-#### cracker,”.)..Now as I have said before my ebonics is a bit limited.. But I think the jury is the same way. Perhaps the black jurist will explain what had gone on in this conversation.....KILL my neighbor cracker. KILL,. Travon talked about killing. Both George and travon said they lost each other. ..Travon was within a few feet of the protection of his home but he chose to stalk zimmerman. The fight was not right out side of travons fathers home but way down the street. They did not fight their way down so Travon CHOSE to STALK zimmerman. Zimmerman was on the 911 call ....I lost him and was walking back to his truck. A fight broke out .... someone was screaming for his life for help.Who took the beating.... it was George. A beating so severe that states witness #2 for the day said she was unable to identify Zimmerman, because of the "severity" of his injuries. This is someone she had met several times before at the home owners association meetings. The last witness Mora said she did not witness the shooting but she had seen george standing over the body. ... Just the way George had told the police.in his statement. ...... This was a very good day for the defense.They even were able to show a photo of George to the jury showing a badly beaten man who fought to protect his life.

There you go again revealing information. Does the judge know you are doing this on a daily basis? It seems to me that someone who is present at the trial like you are shouldn't be talking about it publicly. Or is it handled differently in Florida? Do they actually allow someone as closely involved as you are in the case to do this?

P.S. you way overstated the last witness yesterday. Her testimony was constant with GZ. The talking heads on "any" network including the ones that thought GZ should get the chair did not even mention her. All they could talk about was how Dee Dee sunk the case.

Facts I have learned this morning fro this witness.

TM would have been great in the MMA with a trademark "ground and pound" move.

GZ was pretty much the worst fighter in the world and couldn't get away from a 17 year old whom he had 50 lbs on and who's training was from playing video games.

GZ needs to pray hard that he receives no prison time or he's toast.

Yeah, I'm guessing he may want to now. You may want to close out day 5 also.

I hope what we see from this is for Florida to implement Vermont style "constitutional carry" as it has been called. Allow anyone the ability to carry concealed handguns without a permit or license. TM would still be alive if he knew better than to gamble that GZ was one of the 5% or so with a CCW permit. Things like this just don't happen where everyone can be
