Hi Everyone. My fiance is filling out his I-134 form, and just to clarify, here are so questions if you can help.

) Is this the only information the applicant fills for the interview?

17- Affidavit of Support
- Form I-134 signed
- USC's latest federal income taxes,
- USC's proof of current job and
- USC's proof of citizenship or greencard

2) His parents are co-sponsoring, do we need the same documents listed above from both mom and dad? Or just one of them.

3) When we are listing the assets, like a house, do you send copy of the mortgage with? And the car documents... And so on?

The USC petitioner does not need to provide proof of being a USC or LPR. Only a co-sponsor needs that.

Only one parent can be the co-sponsor. Choose the one with the most income and that meets the requirement for their own household size plus the beneficiary. The co-sponsor needs their own I-134, most recent tax transcript and proof of current income: letter from employer and/or most recent pay stub(s). Of course then the proof of being a USC or LPR.
