We're finally approved and so excited! NOA1 date of Jan. 22, 2013. Got transferred on 5/29. I hope you all get the same good news soon!!!

4.2.2011 - met in italy - lived together all of 2011
2.22.2012 - p moves to US for three months
12.25.2012 - we decide to start the paperwork
1.15.2013 - sent I129f to Dallas Lockbox
1.22.2013 - NOA1
1.25.2013 - Alien number changed

5.29.2013 - Transferred to TSC

6.26.2013 - NOA2

thank you! I will say I reached out for my congressman last week. I think that really did help!

Congrats, this gives me some hope. I am beginning to go crazy, currently waiting on hold "expected wait time 247 minutes" to speak to an actual Texas Service Center officer... NOA1 January 3, 2013... NOA2.... soon I hope?

mclark5, how did you find the number and how exactly did calling congressman help? I might do this myself but just wanted to know the process you went through. I filed in end of Feb 2013.

Feb 8, 2013 - I-129F Package sent
Feb 16, 2013 - Case Accepted and sent to USCIS Vermont Service Center for processing
Feb 23, 2013 - Form I-797C, Notice of Action received. (NOA1)

June 26, 2013 - Application transfereed to Texas processing center

Congrats! We just got back from our camping trip to find the letter confirming we have been transferred from Vermont to Texas.

We got our NOA1 on Feb 22, transferred June 21. Fingers crossed for everyone! :)

April 27, 2015 Greencard received
