[March 2012] Met online on Christian Mingle [November 27th 2013] AoS sent
[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!
( heart.gif February 15th 2013 heart.gif ) He pops the question in Kensington, London...and I say yes!

[January 24th 2013] NOA1
[July 08th 2013]- NOA2 (approved 165 Days)
[July 18th 2013] Case forwarded to NVC
[July 26th 2013] We call DoS and are finally given our case # - I book medical immediatly

[July 29th 2013] Case forwarded to US Embassy, London
[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

yes. have faith and never lose hope.. i filed in january on may 29 we got transferd to texas and june 21 we got our noa2. :-)

I also noticed that on the letter they mispelled a letter in my fiance's last name!! Instead of zorkot they wrote zarkot!!! Im paranoid right now do u think this will make problemsss??????

Either call them or do it online at https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do. Should have an option regarding typographical errors.

Thank you very much! I do have a lawyer but he seems to not do anything!! U think I should do it ?

I'm not sure about the lawyer part. I'm not working with one so I don't know if there's some kind of requirement that you go through them or not.

Thankkk uu! And do u think if I file a service request it will delay my noa2 ??????? Will it have anything to do with it???

Just got lettwr by mail that my february k1 visa petition was transfered to texasssss and next week it will mark thw 5th month of when we got our noa1 !!! U think my noa2 will be coming sooon ????????

Congratulations. Texas are more efficient than being stuck in Vermont :) i was transferred last May29. When USCIS changed it timeline to 5months, I immediately filed for an e-request because i just hit the 6th month that time surprisingly i was approved the next day.

Keep your faith going. You'll be having your NoA2 soon :)

10/10/13 - Email Notification for AOS/EAD/AP

10/19/13 - NOA1 EAD

11/07/13 - BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

11/16/13 - USCIS Status for I-485: Testing and Interview

12/03/13 - USCIS Status for I-131 AP - Approved / USCIS Status for I-485 - Card/ Document Production

01/07/14 - INTERVIEW @ 1:00pm, USCIS Hagatna Guam -APPROVED

01/08/14 - Card Production Ordered

01/09/14 - Register Permanent Status

01/14/14 - For Delivery with USPS Tracking No.

1/24/14/ - GC on hand

ROC I-751

10/09/15 - Eligible for ROC

10/21/15 - I-751 Packet mailed via USPS (2 day Priority Mail)

10/23/15 - Delivered to USCIS California Service Center

10/27/15 - $590 charged to account.

10/29/15 - received NOA dated 10/23/15

11/06/15 - Biometrics received for 11/18/15 appointment
