She was hard to understand because of her deep low voice so they had her repeat several times.

Damaging evidence of TM on the phone with his friend. TM told her that he was scared of GZ and he would try to lose the man and GZ kept following TM. TM called GZ a "creepy #### cracker" and that he thought he might be a rapist.

Please try to pay attention, It was the girls idea that the cracker was a rapist. Trayvon never said he was afraid. But he did say he wasn't going to run.

that's why she's a judge. she's able to determine what is relevant and what isn't.

Since TM isn't accused of a crime I'd rule the same way. Based on the last reluctant witness, TM was not looking for trouble and tried to avoid it with GZ by running away, that in itself is enough to find GZ guilty.

The 911 calls are almost identical as if GZ has some preoccupation with black people standing around. Last time I checked standing around no matter what color is legal.

If the calls were not related to the case they are not relevant, exactly the same bases on which judge ruled out admitting the pics from TM's phone, his FB posts and conduct in school.

Prosecution was using the previous 911 call to build a charcter, judge denied defense to use anything not related to the incident to build TM's character.

Earlier in the morning legals experts were kinda shocked when judge did allow the calls to be admitted.

The witness just admitted to saying any old thing to get it over with. No thought, no accuracy, no recollection. Just rushed through it.

You really don't understand what is happening, do you? The state has already met its burden of proof, that Zimmerman killed Martin. All the rest of this goes toward whether or not he gets convicted of murder two, or a lessor charge. The only thing that keeps Zimmerman out of prison, is proving self-defense. That part of the trial doesn't happen until the defense gets the opportunity to present its case.

She admitted lying twice. Testified under oath that is was TM calling for help , and had testified earlier it could have been not sure. She was obviously coached on what dates what took place. She was disrespectful, argumentative, did not speak intelligible English,and contradicted her self often.

Yesterday I was leaning toward Guilty. Today I am saying no way he gets second degree murder.Barring some miracle.

I don't think even the most zealous Zimmerman supporters deny he killed TM. A large part of them proving it was not self defense and what tipped the scales to charge him, was today witness. That did not go well at all today

Like I said earlier Monday and Tuesday moved me toward GZ is guilty of murder. Today moved me back to maybe a lesser charge but not 2nd degree for sure.

Today's witness was totally was a complete disaster for the prosecution.

Just because she can't articulate the sound properly doesn't mean she's wrong.

She should have said, "I heard the phone being dragged across a surface that sounded like grass possibly because it didn't sound hard like pavement".

She's the last person to hear him alive, I'm sure it is traumatic for her in many ways.

Day three State wins.

I believe that the conversation that demonstrates one crucial damaging fact, that TM was running from GZ. It removes the entire premise that he needed to "stand his ground". Case closed...
