They played GZ's other 911 calls regarding suspected black teens/men. He mentions that they "typically run away" on the second call.

On each call he mentions "we've had some break-ins recently". This guy is like a junior GMan on steroids. He's got 911 on speed dial.

Each time he states that he's never seen them before? Dude, you live in a complex with something like 300 condo's in it? I don't even know who my neighbors are.

On every call he report suspicious looking black people just standing around being suspicious. lol

In all he calls 5 times in six months and none of the times are to report an actual crime, just to report suspicious black people he's never seen before just standing around.

She was hard to understand because of her deep low voice so they had her repeat several times.

Damaging evidence of TM on the phone with his friend. TM told her that he was scared of GZ and he would try to lose the man and GZ kept following TM. TM called GZ a "creepy ### cracker" and that he thought he might be a rapist.

This seems to be the reason he was running from GZ.

Reports that TM was concerned that GZ was still following him after he started to try to lose him.

She tells TM to run and TM states I'm almost home.

Then TM starts running and the call cuts off.

She calls back and TM says that he lost him.

Then TM says "oh sh!t, the niggas behind me" TM says "why are you following me for" and GZ says "what are you doing around here".

The fight ensues and she hears TM says "get off me get off" and the phone goes dead.

This proves TM's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Or at least it will according to one poster in this thread.

Since the last post the cross-examination has been very slow and as always incredibly boring.

The Defense is just bad for keeping anyone engaged. Someone needs to tell them that there is a jury in the room.

The State is quick and to the point.

They got to be judge is not helping defense, she is leaning more towards prosecution.

She would not allow defense to use the image from phone or FB posts of TM but would let prosecution use the GZ previous 911 calls.

that's why she's a judge. she's able to determine what is relevant and what isn't.

This last witness not only remembers dates in the past, but times and days of the week for every instance of the case?

And they question her recollection on her interview, which she states she didn't tell the full truth on because it wasn't a legal testimony on the situation, but just an interview with an investigating attorney for the family. (Somehow ABC broadcast this audio, but I'm unclear on how that occurred.)

Her attitude was that she really didn't want to be involved in the case at all, but agreed only because she felt forced into it.

She's strange granted, but I think she has a memory like a steel trap. If you can remember not only the date a year ago, but also the day of the week and the time of an appointment I'd say your memory is freakishly good.

She can't remember ####### except the stuff she has been coached to memorize. Sorry but she is hurting the prosecution big time she has been shapen by crump she has changed and recharged her story. I think she is killing the states case. Totally unbelievable

Since TM isn't accused of a crime I'd rule the same way. Based on the last reluctant witness, TM was not looking for trouble and tried to avoid it with GZ by running away, that in itself is enough to find GZ guilty.

The 911 calls are almost identical as if GZ has some preoccupation with black people standing around. Last time I checked standing around no matter what color is legal.

If she was coached she be better at speaking her testimony. I totally disagree, she's horrible on the stand.

I believe her because the defense doesn't dispute that the calls took place or that she wasn't on the phone when this all transpired.
