Tourist Visa procedure for Nigerians Living in Russia.

I'm a Nigerian studying and living in Russia but i want to travel to the US for summer as a tourist and i don't know anything about the procedures and i will gladly like someone that can help me out and give me full details. I have a girlfriend there and she's a US citizen and she can send me some required documents that i might need but i need to know what and what to do, what and what i need and how to avoid being refused the visa at the embassy. I will really appreciate a detailed information that can help as soon as possible. Bless

You just want to come on vacation? I wouldn't see a problem with applying for the ESTA. You can do it online and print it out when you're approved (which I don't see why you wouldn't be). Here's the website.

Nigerians cannot use ESTA, they need a tourist visa

Stephen H, you want to prove strong ties to Russia or Nigeria, what can you show that you MUST return to your home country? A good, stable job? Property? Enrollment in school?

Your girlfriend cannot help, you must qualify on your own
