Ankara: respond to email or phone? Packet 3 for k1 visa.

Hi all,

I have a K1 visa application sent to Ankara a month ago and Ankara has not sent packet 3 info since then. I have tried contacting them through the form they have online and calling at the times they have mentioned at their website. The phone still says call back at those times even though it is at that time. Anyone has had any luck contacting them?

Any idea if we can just go ahead with getting an appointment and sending the material to them without waiting for their email?

Have you had any luck lately? I'm waiting for an interview to open up in Ankara and I tried to call the embassy, but have not been able to get through.
