Questions regarding the DS 157, DS 156 and DS 230 forms

We have received our approval for our I-129F. We now are in the process of starting the K-1 Visa application and to get ahead of the game we are filling out the above forms, However we are slightly confused.

On form DS 157 question #5 it says Spouses full name (if married)

On the DS 156 question #18 same scenario except it says Spouses full name (even if divorced or separated including maiden name).

On the DS 230 it also asks for spouse's information.

For all these forms even though we aren't married at this time because we are filing for a K-1 Fiance Visa are they considering me (the fiance) as the spouse in all these forms or his previous spouse?

Since we're not married it just seems strange that I would be putting my name in when by law I am not his spouse.

Name of spouse is None, as you are not married. Check out the example forms section here on VJ.

The forms are somewhat multi-purpose so it will not all be applicable to you.

Spouse is N/A.
