Rgearding Ds 230 review

Hi just called NVC they said i have to wait 4weeks for ds230 review to be complete. i have noticec several people got thier cases completed.hoping it to be this week. i mailed ds230 on nov 3 and they put it in system on nov 7. Did anyone else got approved recently.

hmm, NVC received ours on nov 3rd and was inputted in the system on the 6th. our case was completed on nov. 16th. so it's a similar timeline. are you only petitioning 1 person? keep in mind it hasn't been 4 weeks yet

i am petitioning for 2 people under ir5 catagory for parents.

Did you get a letter from the NVC stating that the case was completed or you called. Also does this mean your case was forwarded to the Embassy yet?

I have also petitioned for my parents, their DS230 was entered in System on Nov 13th(NVC recieved it on Nov 7th). I am still waiting. I almost call everyday hoping to hear a "Case Complete" but from what agents are saying it looks like they are waiting till 4 weeks are lapsed.

Just my personal openion.

Please keep us updated as to when your case gets completed.

my ds230 was entered in system on nov 7th and the system still says some documents are missing. iam hoping to hear good news soon. it has been 3 weeks today. I spoke with operator at nvc and they said to wait 4 weeks or little bit more because of holiday.

then she says they will send it to embassy and notify me via mail...i checked dec interviews in delhi and they are already schduled so i am hoping jan or feb.

cokebbeh: both my wife and i called on the 16th and the operator said it was completed. but it was on the 17th that the automated info was updated saying it was completed. no it doesn't mean that they have forwarded the case to the embassy. you are basically put on a list until there is an available interview date

pgill: my guess is that it will take longer since there is more than one person you are petitioning. but that's just my guess. i know it's hard to do, but stay patient and keep calling. between the NOA2 from USCIS and case completed in NVC, my wife called twice a day - once in the morning and once at night just to get any updates. 2 or 3 of the operators already know who she was haha. so what if they get annoyed. it's the peace of mind knowing you checked today, right? besides we paid $380 for the IV plus the other expenses. the operators should be available 24/7

i think they are waiting for full 4 weeks to be completed so by 7th dec they should complete the review. you know what i always get a arrogant operator each time i call so i don't call that much.but i did call today again and got the same answer still under review, so lets hope they give me some good news soon but i doubt it....

Yes I noticed the anger in operator's tone too. But I ignore it. I will keep calling. I wish this process goes on fast.
