After paying the $165 processing fee for the GC, they said it takes too long to receive it(weeks or months), can you use the endorsed visa(w/c stands as green card for one year) for employment purposes? Could my parents already file a petition for my sister using the endorsed visa? Bcoz they wanted to file the petition as soon they get here in the US. I will greatly appreciate your input. Thanks in advance.
