We are a December filler, mine was transferred to TSC as well on May 24... we are still waiting to get the NOA2, hopefully soon but it is depressing, the two petitioners below my case were approved 7 days ago... they also sent the I-129F and they also received their NOA1 on December 18 as I received..

I was wondering if there is any preference to the countries in the process of K1 visas because I have seen many filers in feb also getting there NOA2 approved through VSC

We were moved on 30 of may to TSC. We had then spoken to someone who said that USCIS was waiting for Canada to provide their information and that was the stage the process was in. We got NOA2 yesterday.

Hang in there guys its so close for everyone...

Our case was also transferred on May 29th.

We called USCIS three different times (always talked to a tier 2 person) and contacted our congresswoman because we just wanted to know what's going on, how long this is going to take.

This one tier2 was very helpful. He said that thousands of cases arrived in Texas, box after box got carried into the Service Center. He said the I-129Fs are not hard to process and if it's a straightforward case it'll be quickly approved. Their plan was to approve the transferred files within 60 days of the transfer! Of course some get approved earlier and some later - they can't approve every case at the same time.

We got our approval on June 18th (when we spent a few days in Paris together :)). A day later the congresswoman contacted us and told us that she got a reply from USCIS and that they approved our case. I don't know if they started processing it because our congresswoman got onto it or if this was a coincidence.

Hang in there everybody! The approval is not far away! We'll be reunited with our loved ones very soon!!

Probably a coincidence. My congresswoman contacted them about my case a few weeks ago, and I also filed a request on the USCIS site, and all they answered is that they transferred a lot of petitions and wait. I'm still waiting. About half of the petitions around mine were already approved in the last week, but I'm still waiting.

Actually cases from some countries do get a priority ( like civil distress, or humanitarian response, and others may take longer like Iran, afganistan etc.

ah yes, true.. but so few.. and definitely not India
