Did any of you got moved from VSC to TSC? If so, how do you check whats going on in TSC? Our NOA1 came on January 29th even though we sent our I-129F on January 18th.

When I called USCIS recently, they say that they have no information. I dont know who is supposed to help. crying.gif

VSC moved two batches of cases to TSC - one at the end of May and one last week. Based on your NOA1 date I'm guessing you got moved last week. TSC is still going through the first batch from May and moved decently quick last week, but last night didn't seem great for approvals or RFEs. May take a month before you get something, assuming they make sure to finish the first batch first...

You said you filed in January? When you filed it was sent to the Dallas lockbox, which is not the same as TSC. From the lockbox they determine which service center it goes to by east or west, I believe, which means either Vermont or California. In your case it went to Vermont, and was moved not back to the Dallas lockbox but the Texas Service Center.

*** moved to USCIS forum as question is service center specific ***
