Check your local community college for ESL classes or possibly the university nearest you. They might have different levels of classes. Our local community college has three levels offered for free and three additional ones for credit which have fees but also offer unit credit.

My wife has about 8 years experience with English from classes spoken in English in Kyiv. She started teaching her son quite some time ago but he also learned it in school. The both are taking ESL classes at intermediate and advanced level.

But, I think the best thing is to get them into the community and try talking English. It's really a sink or swim method but as long as you are there to assist with explanations it will help a lot. I found out that as Americans we have a lot of sayings that we find it hard to explain. Plus we use way to much slang.

Good luck with her English.
