In talking to states witness Dorval it was established that there had been a increase in robberies...even a home invasion. She also said George was very "professional" and CARED about the community..

The president of the HOA told to the jury that in the past there were break-ins on the complex grounds . That some construction workers watched an african -american acting strange. they called the police AND followed this man at a distance . The police did arrest the suspect and he was found to have committed crimes in the area..A 17 year old African -American at that. The HOA was very thankfull and a sent the workers a letter of commendation . It seems that if you have a suspect in this gated community that it was SOP to observe at a distance the suspect untll the police can arrive,

What witness has the state introduced so far that will help convict George.You have the last woman on the stand yesterday say she and her sister both witnesses were in an interview at the same time conducted by the state. Two people comparing notes. Witness tampering anyone. Perhaps.

I believe that just the facts the way GZ testified to may be enough. I mean TM is dead and GZ is alive and didn't sustain life threatening injuries.

Even if it was two grown Caucasians in this case, one is going to jail for going after the other when no law had been broken by the deceased.
