The defense spend the last hour going over why the witness didn't mention hearing movement "left to right".

She may have never mentioned it in her deposition, but why is that such a huge deal it was worth all their time cross examining the witness?

I don't see how the statement "left to right" is different from hearing motion in front of your house? Plus I would have went after her visual testimony of them "standing with arms flailing" he spent just a minute on that one statement.

Lastly, she didn't see very much and testified to that.

Since she "liked" the Facebook page for "Prosecute the killer of TM" before he was charged, they brought that up...come on, she had a killing in front of her house and at first it looked like GZ wouldn't be charged? Who wouldn't like that page? I mean, some here wouldn't but most people would.

Her testimony was critical to prosecution because she said she saw them standing up just before the shot. which dosn't jibe with zimmermans account.

defense wants to discredit her for that reason. When asked by defense if it could have been one guy on top of another she basically said she couldnt see

that good, I believe she actually said it could have been, I believe that hurts prosecution. she was prosecutions star witness.

After hearing the definition of 2nd degree murder I think they are over reaching. Can the find him guilty of a lesser count ?

If GZ was on the ground having his head bashed when he shot TM he did an excellent job of coming away without loads of blood, dirt or mud on his jacket, shirt or pants...it seems virtually impossible especially if TM body fell after the gunshot directly in the chest. What happened to gravity during this altercation?

I havent shot anybody lately but I believe when you shoot someone in chest they would tend to fall backwards

Anyway, Sgt Raimondo finds TM on the ground and flips him over, and disregarding department standard operating procedures he immediately starts to administer mouth to mouth resuscitation on TM without a mask. He also asks the crowd that's gathered for a plastic bag to seal the exiting air from the wound so he can continue CPR.

He continues CPR until rescue arrives. Minutes into their resuscitation they pronounce him dead.

He was ay least "body length and a half" from the concrete. Using my big brain I guessed 10-12 feet. But the officers flipped him towards the cement walkway, so it could be even further.

Originally they displayed another photo that made him appear further away, but it was a bad perspective shot.

The second photo sideways showed the distance better. Even at 6 feet that's too far from the cement for him to have shot him there. GZ stated he shot him and then rolled him off of GZ, that doesn't fit the crime scene.

They displayed GZ's front back hands face and he did not look like he shot a person on top of him.

The jury saw the same photos, they'll be able to come to their own decision using deductive reasoning.

I've only seen the pictures and the testimony so far. If the opening they had made reference to what GZ had stated happened.

I'm sure in the summation all that data will be fully divulged.

All I'm saying is so far, the crime scene doesn't match. Maybe it will be explained?
