Did the lawyers for TM make an issue of the distance? If GZ's head was being pounded on the concrete then TM should be on the concrete as well. I could see a foot or two away but 12 feet is difficult to explain.

I'm not sure what the summation will include but certainly the body shell casing and contents of the victims pockets were all found 10-12 feet from the concrete walkway. I'd add that the keys GZ dropped were 20 yards away, where the fight supposedly began.

If GZ was on the ground having his head bashed when he shot TM he did an excellent job of coming away without loads of blood, dirt or mud on his jacket, shirt or pants...it seems virtually impossible especially if TM body fell after the gunshot directly in the chest. What happened to gravity during this altercation?

Lots of questions to be answered and I'm sure the State will illustrate their own chain of events, because the GZ story doesn't hold up when compared to the evidence in my opinion. Well, not so far...

The defense spend the last hour going over why the witness didn't mention hearing movement "left to right".

She may have never mentioned it in her deposition, but why is that such a huge deal it was worth all their time cross examining the witness?

I don't see how the statement "left to right" is different from hearing motion in front of your house? Plus I would have went after her visual testimony of them "standing with arms flailing" he spent just a minute on that one statement.

Lastly, she didn't see very much and testified to that.

Since she "liked" the Facebook page for "Prosecute the killer of TM" before he was charged, they brought that up...come on, she had a killing in front of her house and at first it looked like GZ wouldn't be charged? Who wouldn't like that page? I mean, some here wouldn't but most people would.

I've decided I'm not liking anything on Facebook anymore, they'll use it against you.

Amen. All GZ/TM should be closed now. They've ruined the forum. There's a real criminal on trial here in Boston and it doesn't even get a bit of publicity.

The Sgt Anthony Raimondo who responded to the shots fired call is a flippin rock star. (No, it's not because he is a Marine, but that always helps... )

Anyway, Sgt Raimondo finds TM on the ground and flips him over, and disregarding department standard operating procedures he immediately starts to administer mouth to mouth resuscitation on TM without a mask. He also asks the crowd that's gathered for a plastic bag to seal the exiting air from the wound so he can continue CPR.

He continues CPR until rescue arrives. Minutes into their resuscitation they pronounce him dead.

Now that's a cop...

Honestly I have been lead around on a leash by the Mrs today and just turned it on. I have yet to see any thing major pop up that is a smoking gun. I am watching HLN and it is time delayed. The Tech testimony went slightly to GZ, I thought they drilled in on many more lumps and cuts than we had seen before.

So far the pretty African American lady ( I forget her name) neighbor has been a long drawn out- I heard a gun shot and did not see anything...Itreminds me of an an old army song.. file from the left to the right said the sergeant. Ol' king cole yada yada yada

I don't think GZ made any big gains and neither did the State.

The timing of the length of the altercation, plus whether it was standing or prone will be key.

He was shot far from the path, at least 10-12 feet is where his body landed.

The officers rolled him toward the path when they found him so GZ's story about having his head beaten into concrete "before" he shot him is problematic.

I just don't think that the story fits...and if the story doesn't fit, you cannot acquit. LOL
