I take that back, it was more like 12 feet from the cement. This is also where the cartridge was found.

12 feet is still quite a way for a dead body. Zimmermann claimed that Martin was on top of him slamming his head against the concrete when the shot was fired. He further claimed that he pushed the body off him. That's quite a push that made that body land 12 feet away from the concrete. Especially from a man that claimed that his only way to defend himself from this kid (Zimmermann's description of the victim, not mine) was by killing him.

A circumstantial case is built brick by brick.

They can build it from the bricks that Zimmermann must be shitting right about now.

If he is innocent, you know the usual suspects will be on here bragging about it. I'll wager Gary will go outside and let a couple of shots off and then come here and say how great it is to carry guns, Nature Boy will say serves the little thug right, Lost will continue to have a disparring look on minorities(nothing will change that).

If he is guilty, expect cries of foul from the same folks.

Did the lawyers for TM make an issue of the distance? If GZ's head was being pounded on the concrete then TM should be on the concrete as well. I could see a foot or two away but 12 feet is difficult to explain.
