I got married on may 2013, I am permanent resident of united states and on the travel documents till march 2014. I got filled the i130 form, biography forms, got nikkah nama. My questions are

1. Do I have to fill the i130 with the spouse name after the nikah?

2. Is there any extra documents required to file f2a visa?

Pakistan is a high fraud country, you will need to frontload your petition and continue to build evidence all the way to the interview

what else do you have from the length of your relationship? boarding passes, chat logs, etc.. think about it, you will probably be okay for now with that small amount of proof, but as you get to the interview stage, you will need a lot more, so might as well do it now

@asharuet:

Thats what we started with when i applied 2 years ago - was a green card holder also - but came back to US and applied from here...

but those are the docs we started with:

Sent the original English Nikah nama original we had commissioned at the same time as the urdu originals (at time of Nikah that is)....and also sent the original NADRA marriage certificate.

Copy of petitioner passport and copy of beneficiary passport

Copy of petitioner green card

Sent about 10 pics of nikah and walima - with us together and of family from both sides.

Also gave info regarding honeymoon we took to Bhurban (receipts of hotel and other things) - added some photos of that too.

Sent the marriage hall booking receipt too.

EDIT:

As noted above this post - we started gathering evidence in case...so over the 2 yrs it took to get to interview... we collected all receipts of anything we did together, printed some 10 photos from each trip i made as the petitioner showing me with her and her family - photos from her trip outside pak to see my family, boarding passes, cards we sent each other, bank statements showing both our names together, money being sent to her by me and also skype logs of calls, facebook printouts etc.
