My fiance is in military he only send me a copy of his w-2. do I still need a copy of his ITR even he is in military? hope anyone can help me. thanks

If your fiancé income is taxable he needs to file a tax return. USEM states in their instructions letter that they require the most recent tax return. A W2 is only part of the evidence in support of the tax return.

Have your fiancé read the embassy instructions letter, plus the I-134 and its instructions. If he wants the visa approved he has to follows the rules set down by USEM.
