Rather than offer righteous indignation that conservative groups have been targeted (because I am hardly a conservative) my concern has been that a system exists that can be abuse for political purposes. Now we see that other...maybe too liberal...groups were targeted.

The answer to this is the FAIR TAX.

Chasing ghosts to determine who-did-what-and-why rather than saying.."OK that's it, we are fixing this so that can't happen!" Is crazy

The system allows unelected political hacks to target the revenue streams of anyone they do not agree with. That is wrong and should be changed. The FAIR TAX would also provide a more reliable source of revenue, tax everyone, and make the USA a tax haven for business (jobs)

Let's cut throught the politics. It's George Bush's fault and Obama knows nothing...we get it. Now change the system so that rouge Republicans and clueless Democrats can't mess with our country's income source.
