Very strange Email

We were approved on June 4th and today I received our Guangzhou case number, then, when I checked my Email, I found an Email from USCIC which I thought was odd saying our case status was in Initial Review. Is this some type of system reset or should we be concerned? It looks like a address update maybe (though our addresses have not changed).

Most likely I would say system glitch, always could call USCIS and confirm.

To me, it sounds like you received the wrong form letter. But I'd call to be safe. The website message sounds accurate, so I wouldn't be too concerned about the form mail, other than to double-check your address and ensure that they haven't changed it.
