Turkey K1 visa/do we need to wait for packet 3 before appointment

I have a NOA2 approval from April 26th and NVC has sent my application to Turkey on May 22nd.

Ankara has not yet contacted the beneficiary regarding packet 3. Can I just go ahead and schedule the medical and interview appointments? And send them the forms they need?

No you can't I understand you want to be ahead of the game but what they can do is get your papers denied. Everything has to be in their time.

Email the embassy and enquire if they have received your file from NVC. Remember to Include your full name as a beneficiary, your date of birth and your new case number that NVC gave you. Good luck.
