Hello,

Does anyone have any recent idea of Atlanta local office I-130 processing times?

I'm a UK citizen who married my US citizen husband in the UK in November 2012. We have a lawyer overseeing our application which was received by the Atlanta local office on 22nd Jan 2013. Shortly after this my husband went to the Atlanta office to put in additional evidence about my pregnancy. He was told they weren't processing I-130 forms until 1st April and to return then. He did and they (begrudgingly) took in the evidence to add to our case.

Since then we've heard nothing, are unable to track our application or have any idea when it may be processed. Our baby is due in September and I'd be so sad if we had to stay apart for months after she's born.

From what I can see the Atlanta office seems to be particularly slow at the moment but wondered if anyone had any idea, or recent experience, to shed some light on what seems to be an increasinly frustrating process. We both feel in limbo at the moment!

Thanks.
