Hi! Just to let those who are interested know, that I contacted USCIS this morning and the auto system said that the local office that my petition had been sent to was St. Albans , VT . I Spoke with an agent who told me that this may be the closest office to me that processes K-1 . Also that the case is moving forward and there are no negatives associated with the case so far. She affirmed that this is a "good thing" and that I should expect our case to be processed in the order in which it was received at that office. Praise God . It shouldn't be long now. Congrats to everyone who received the transfer notice. They are working on those cases.

It was actually more likely to be transferred to TSC. The message told us all St. Albans when we called too, but it went to TSC. Not that it's a bad thing, though - TSC is moving through them now and at a decent clip. Just wish mine would come soon!

Talked with Senators office today. They contacted VSC director. Confirmed we were transfered to TSC. Will take about a week for our files to get to TSC. They must go to distribution center like May 24 transfers did. They should be there by weeks end.
