Hi I just recently fill up the form online for st lukes medical philippines and theres 1 question it was asking if I had medical before yes I had medical before from st lukes but I cant remember when it was so I answer it no does it matter if I answer it NO?? Even I had medical long time ago maybe 5 years ago im not sure but will it be a big deal??

Your profile says K1. Have you been petitioned before and did the medical exam at SLEC?

You have to answer truthfully. If you remember 5 years ago, then put that. They will check your previous record in their files.

Nah she never been petition before but she use to work at dubai before and she did a medical exam thats how she get medical before so how im going to change it I already submited the form online can I redo it fill up new one?

They are only interested in medical exams taken at SLEC, not in other clinics.
