You know what I mean. Take it out of context if you would like.

And you are basing this off of what????

I knew what you meant, what I was asking is that a common thing . I mean lot of Phil/Am RUB/AM TI-Viet/Am Even some some that marry Cabba's.

I just had never heard that talked about much of experienced it. Certainty did not know it was a stereotype. Not arguing with you at all or trying to call you out, it was just a new one on me.

He's basing this on the suppressed existence that white folk suffer in this country.

Some do, only they are too lazy to do anything about it except whine.

It is ok if you chose a black over a white, when they are both equally suitable for the job, but not the other way around, correct?

Nothing is ever equal.

Right, because it's not like Americans with Indian origin and / or heritage are actually Americans.

Never known an Indian/American couple? Well, in your neck of the woods, brother/sister couples are probably more prevalent.

Well it most of the time when a person from another country marries an american the union is commonly referd to like... Example. PhIL/AM

In fact I am a member of a Phil/AM church and a Phil/AM organization. That was stupid even for you.

Yes we all sleep with our siblings down here, Mr. always offend if anyone stereotypes..We can't dare be a little more aware because TM was a young black male dressed like a gangster, but everybody in the south sleeps with their siblings. Nice

The reality is that it happens the other way around each and every day. The reality in this country is that given comparable qualifications you have a better shot at getting a job if your a white convict than you do if you're black with a squeaky clean record. That's how America still rolls today. And you want to complain about affirmative action? Why don't you complain about the affirmative action that gives preferential treatment to white folk?

How many Americans of Indian descent (either naturalized Indians or natural born US citizens born to Indian parents) do you figure are out there that are married to Indians? Those would be Indian/American couples. It's not hard to understand. It really isn't. Even you should be able to grasp it.

Yes we all sleep with our siblings down here,

Thanks for confirming what we already know.

Wonder where do you have your information from, cause seems to me it is just hearsay.

Honestly, for me - thankfully, I do not work in business/HR, so I dont have to deal with this, - every minority's degree is tainted, because I would never be sure if they got it because they deserved it, or because the university had to fill a quota. Unfair towards those who earned it? Certainly, but that's the result of AA.

On a side note, my husband was misdiagnosed by a minority doctor, and only later on correctly diagnosed and treated by a white one. Yes, I know, it is one case, and the guy could have just been incompetent, but then again, you never know.

You could read the threat. The information is in there. I posted it earlier. It's not hearsay. It's a study that the fine folk at Princeton did. Other studies ont his subject were done over the years - all with the same results. Reality sucks, eh?

I am basing this on what I have seen around me.

I am sick and tired about the whole "we dont want the best for the job, if you are good enough and have the right sex/skin colour, you will do".

I want to know I got a job because I am the best, not because I am an immigrant woman who would diversify the staff.

You are naive Mr. Big Dog if you think people thinks much differently from me - I am not talking die hard, brainwashed liberals here, but the average folk.

Go to a hospital and ask around, who would you rather treat you, the guy who went to school because he was smart enough or the guy who went there because of other reasons (be them AA or his family's money or whatever).

Where is our Ivy League graduate to tell us about how great schools dont care so much about your grades, as they do about your experiences?
