Hello,

How do I know I was barred from entering the US? Here is the story, I've being using my new visa B1/B2 granted in 2010 for a while (several times going to Laredo, TX and 2 times going to San Francisco, CA), except this time, I was sent to secondary at the Houston Airport when trying to connect to another flight, I was asked if have I ever been arrested, I told him yes, that was a confusion and that the judge drop the charges (they always asked me that and I said the truth) but this time one of them asked me about the dates I was in the US, I told them I overstayed the amount of days granted (180 days were granted, I entered as a minor 2001 and left as an adult 2003). The problem was I didn't disclosure this on my application so they took me a "Sworn Statement in Proceedings under section 235(b)(1) of the Act" (form I-867A then another one called I-867B and lastly an I-275). Since 2003 I've finished the University, obtained a great job in Mexico, have a family (wife and 1 child), and properties, I told him I was aware of the mistake I made, that since I got the new visa I have been traveling just for business and tourism purposes (2 weeks max). He said that it didn't matter, that I could get charged of Fraud and barred for a period of 5 years or longer. I responded the questions he asked me and since I swore I told him I did study in a public high school. At the end he said I could not continue to my destination, that I was going to be sent back to Mexico, but that I won't get barred, that I could even re-apply for a Visa the next day, that I was being punished by not disclosing it before, that they will withdraw my previous application form. This was wrote on my passport: 1122 CFR 41.122(H)(3)

I've read the last days about all the numbers I got and I think I did get Barried, perhaps he just said so to not get me upset maybe, so that's my question, am I able to reapply for a new visa? am I barred to re enter the US?

Thanks in advance,
