Guilty , 3 days prior to the murder the accused sought medial care for

injuries he sustained during one of his martial arts sessions, he was also

arrested before for assault on a police officer and had restraining order

taken out against him by an ex GF.

How does a young boy beat down a martial arts expert, how do one look

at the follies of a youth deciding he's criminal, but not at a man who seem

to have issues, trying to be a cop, disobeying the 911 operator, patrolling

as if he's bird hunting and collecting thousands in donations while plea-ing poverty
