Darn you sure you not from the south.. That is serious business down here.

So Not guilty of 2nd degree murder unless there is a golden moment. Today ruined the prosecutions case.

I did not know until today. The police did not find this girl. TM parents and their attorney did. They met with her at length before turning her contradictory statement over to police. She has zero credibility and they have zero evidence for second degree murder. They pushed for charges based on her statement which went up in smoke today

I learned to squirrel hunt, use a well, live without indoor plumbing and make delicious peanut butter and nanner sandwiches.

I'm in no "camp" sir, I'm the second most unbiased person on VJ. Evident in my recent change of status to manslaughter.

Although I would say he should quit MMA training asap because he $ucks at it.

indicating this man should just walk a way scot-free

vigilante justice is not legal. He is a murderer----Guilty

All I'm stating is a guess based on the law and what has been presented. It may be unfair, but we have laws for a reason.

If they prove that GZ killed TM to save his life and the jury believes it, the man walks.
