I arrived 7:30am but that was 2 years ago in the old CFO office at Mango Avenue. I heard the CFO office was transferred in the old DFA building near Santo NIno and i did not know if things are different recently. In the morning after filling up forms, payment, picture taking, they will proceed to lecture which should not be taken for granted and afer lunch is the one-on-one interview..

6-6:30am should be okay (old DFA building). Your fiancee will be allowed to enter the building around 7am. Registration will start at 8am, they will be asked to return at 12:30pm. There will be a short video documentary at 1pm. The seminar will start at 2-5pm, one-on-one counselling will follow shortly (until 6-7pm).

My hubby is a naturalized USC, I was asked:

-When did you meet

-How long do you know each other

-When did your husband went to USA

-Do you have pictures together

My 1 on 1 counselling at CFO Cebu lasted for 2-3 minutes only as compared to those who were fiancees and spouses of foreign nationals. Some lasted for 10,15 or worst 30-45 minutes..

For Fil-Am couples: during my session some of my group mates shared the ffg questions

-When did you meet

-Why did you both decide to get married or when do you plan to get married

-How often do you communicate

-Asked about divorce and annulment decree

It all depends on the counselor.. good luck! smile.png
