Timeline

Hi guys, am a military spouse can anyone pls explain in detail my below questions cause i requested for expedite with my spouse deployment order

I received an e-mail from USCIS local office that they have requested for my file......... does this mean have being approved?

How long will the processing take after expedite request is approved

Timeline

No, you are not approved yet. The letter only says that they started the military expedite request for you. The whole process takes about 2-4 weeks. They will not call you. You'll find out out when you see your case approved on the website or when you receive the noa2. You may or may not receive a letter stating that it was approved.
