For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

@ Harpa Timsah sorry this is my Post interview result,interview was in May 15th 2013 and i had concurrently filed the I485 as well

What does your I-485 say?

its still under Testing and Interview online

So, choice 1. They are both approved and the I-485 online status isn't working.

Or choice 2. They approve of your bona fide marriage and approved the I-130 but they cannot approve the I-485 yet because you are inadmissible in some way (have a previous ban, criminal record, false claim to US Citizenship, something).

Anything like that ring a bell?

I think the choice 2 is too early to assumed. he attended an interview over 5 weeks ago and theres been a delay in houston of recent and majority of the people that attended interview are yet to get decision so i would suggest that may be an info pass might be an option but i also heard that sometimes it might take a bit longer especially when any local office are way running behind

well i have no Criminal record or have a previous ban, criminal record, false claim to US Citizenship, something @Harpa Timsah

so its Friday and i have yet to receive my Letter!!! about how long does it take receive the Letter?? and how long should i wait before i call ?
