I find this very disturbing. I haven't lived in this country long enough to know much, but seeing what is going on with this man frightens me. It's almost impossible for me to believe that he has to hide from our government just for doing the right thing.I am failing to see the crime here.

Here's the crime(s):

1. Theft of government property

2. Unauthorized communication of National Defense Information

3. Willful communication of classified communications of intelligence information to an unauthorized person.

2. I don't see the crime in informing American Citizens of what the gov. is doing

3. Has the man gone in details about said 'classified' information?

I am not being a smart ####### with these questions, I am only asking to be able to understand it all.

1. The govt. laptop he allegedly stole.

2. Whether you see it as a crime is irrelevant. It is a crime. It's not his decision to decide what is for public consumption, and what is not. Keep in mind when he is informing American Citizens, he is also informing the rest of the world. Some of whom are not friends of the U.S. He worked for the NSA. NSA = National Security Agency. If he was not happy about the work being done there, then resign. Maybe he could bring it up with his congressman. You don't turn around and fly to China then Russia.

3. Not sure what you mean by this. He allegedly turned over classified information to another person that did not have a security clearance. It is against the law.

He does not have to hide from the government. He chose to by fleeing to HK, onwards to Russia and now allegedly on his way to Ecuador via Cuba.
