Our priority date is August 27, 2012. We our 10 months and 1 day as of today. I did get my congressman's office involved on May 7th and they found out my wife's AOS Packet was in the interview waiver pile. I called the congressman again one month later as they requested and the answer they got that time was it was now being adjudicated and that USCIS said to wait 30-45 days more. I would have rather went for the interview at our local field office 4 months ago. My wife would then already have had her green card. No excuse for the poor service USCIS give us for doing things legally and then letting all of the illegals cross our borders and then get benefits. I am frustrated as we all our, but I am running out of patience quickly. My wife better have her green card before one year comes on the priority date. Take care.

I am just over the 9 month wait mark. Filing date is October 19, 2012. Put in a service request last week - haven't heard anything yet! You are not alone! We just need to be as patient as we can!
