Does the email of the DS-3032 have to be sent as a PDF? I read threads from last month saying they have to be PDF but thats the first and only time i have seen or heard of that. Any info would be appreciated, Thank you

Met in person : 2009-02-24
Second visit : 2010-03-12
Married : 2012-07-17
I-130 Sent : 2013-01-23
I-130 NOA1 : 2013-01-28
NOA2 : 2013-05-16

NVC Received : 2013-06-10
Pay AOS Bill : 2013-06-25
Return I 864: 2013-06-26
Return DS 3032: 2013-07-01

No PDF its to be sent in the body of the email. Here is the email template from the NVC filers thread.

We put different subject on the email I sent to the NVC. Instead of Case Number and name, "I put Declaration of Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa applicant" on the subject

do you think we could re-send the email? would it be a big deal?

i would resend and you must have that case# in there.

The template works too but if attaching the actual DS3032, the attachment must be PDF.
