is it possible to attend the predepature seminar without the visa in hand yet?

because i read one of the requirements is the IMMIGRANT DATA SHEET

its given in the plastic sealed envelope right which we cant open.

so how is this gonna work?

and when do we get the IDS?

Yes, you can attend the CFO without the visa yet. I attended the CFO 2 years ago when i renewed my passport. Just bring all the necessary requirements aside from visa which you dont have yet..

Yes you can attend the seminar without the visa. If you get the visa and IDS then you can get the sticker.

i was reading on some forums here on vj bout the Cfo pdos n u need the migrant data summary. its one of the requirements n also the visa.

both original n photocopy. but how is it possible to get the original of IDS when its sealed in the packet not supposed to be open

Its not in the sealed DO NOT OPEN envelope, it normally attached to the outside of that DO NOT OPEN envelope inside the plastic bag with the passport (visa).
