He objects to evidence that's already been presented after she asked if they had any objections to it's introduction...? Then says "I didn't know what you meant when you asked me."

I've been my own attorney for my divorce and custody case. I even took off work and watched a lot of court to prepare for that case. (I won full custody by the way...) I also sat on a jury for over a month 4 years ago.

So I based on those meager qualifications I'll state my two cents. I've seen many flavors of attorney and some are just good at being in court and setting traps for the other side. This was the first time I saw an attorney set traps and step in them.

I think GZ is royally sc#ewed out the gate. The jury takes notes and also they are starting to be convinced based on facts, presentation style and likability. So far they've lost every area of that equation. On the call alone they have a steep hole to dig out of.

Even though he was sporting a skinhead back when he shot Trayvon, he is not white enough to hang with the A,N. and I don't think the Peruvians have a large contingent in Florida prisons, and he can't pass himself as Cubano. I would say he would probably spend most of his time in punk row (protective custody), unless he gets assigned to a minimum security prison for white collar criminals. If he couldn't handle an angry teen, I doubt he will survive long in general population.
