GZ Attorney does not inspire condidance. Does he have a speech impedamant ?

He did seem to have a hard time understanding the difference between opening statements and closing arguments. Lucky for George, most jurors don't remember opening statements, but they do remember closing arguments.

Zimmerman's attorney all but called George a sniveling little sissy. It looked like George was thinking about punching out his attorney. If the prosecution can get that same response on cross examination....

was that before or after the knock-knock joke?rofl.gif

george: you better start with sweet pickles & work your way up.

So far it feels like George Zimmerman picked the Earl Scheib of criminal defense attorney's.

"We'll defend any murder charge for $129.99!"

That idiot just asked the 911 operator words to the effect of " Did you have any knowledge when you took this call that it was going to turn into the famous case it is "

Haha...like that has any baring on the case...and if he knew the answer it would be even bigger news.

And I wouldn't call it famous...he should have said "tragic" or "infamous".

Seems like the prosecution schooled the defense.

I do think he recovered somewhat during the 9-11 dispatcher questioning . I would have to give that round to Zimmerman

I do think he recovered somewhat during the 9-11 dispatcher questioning . I would have to give that round to Zimmerman

But the prosecutor's follow up questioning was a one two combinantion.

As far as day one, I'd say Zimmerman is behind.

Score the day as a round and I'd say it's 9-10 for TM.

Opening statements are a no contest, Zim's attorney was a broken down rummy named Spider Rico fighting for change, while the State was a crafty left hander from Phily named Rocky "The Italian Stallion" Balboa.

LOL
