My sisters husband abandoned her in Red Deer , Alberta Canada. He is possessing a visitor visa to enter US. He created a lot of troubles over there and hes planning to enter US, Would it be possible to prohibit that person from entering US and revoke/cancel his Visitor visa so that he will go back to his country. If can , who can help me to file this? please help me..Thanks

Did the wife report him to the police? Did she file any criminal case against him? Did she have him arrested? What kind of "troubles" did he get himself into?

If he's involved in any serious crime/offense, is a wanted fugitive, and Canadian police force is looking for him, chances are Canadian immigration officers can stop or arrest him at the border/airport.

If the "troubles" you're referring are to are petty husband/wife quarrels, then, the husband can travel to the US with no issues. You cannot prohibit someone from traveling out of the country if the police or a court is not involved.
