Hi,

I'm a December 2012 AOS filer and I'm trying to figure out the current state of affairs at the National Benefits Center. As I understand most August filers have been processed by now. I also see a bunch of October approvals, but not so many September approvals. So, can I risk making an assumption that they're currently on September/October, and it's gonna be 2-3 more months until they decide to start processing December files? I wish our immigration timelines engine was updated to reflect the NBC petitions.

I can see early November filers getting their approvals now. I can also see September and October filers being approved as well. Are they working on three months at a time? Do we have any VJ statistics showing how many NBC filers from what month have been approved?

What's worse is you don't really know where it is. The recorded response says ours is in Missouri, but I've also read it should be sent to our local office in Charlotte, NC. Confusion.

Do you know whether yours was transferred to a local office or stayed at the NBC? I just read in another thread that there has been a policy thread and all the interview waiver cases are now being sent from the NBC to local offices... very confusing.
