- Sent back to USCIS November 2012

- Expired March 2013

4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!

I know how you may feel... I am a december filer and I have seem the petitioners that are below me and they were already approved like 5 o 6 days ago, I was expecting to see mine the next day and then the following day and nothing has changed... This is depresing...

I hope you can get a confirmation very soon!!!

Yours is a bit different as a K1. :)

2 info pass appt...third one on July1 ...three service request.....letter to senator....letter to congresswoman....my case was sent to Vermont for processing in September 2012.....then to Missouri since Vermont was back up....from Missouri it was transferred to NYC field office...field office issued RFE in January for Birth CErtificate and Marriage Certificate...February hand delivered documents for RFE at NYC field office....In May I was transferred back to Vermont for faster processing .

Hey yeah it's very annoying ppl before and many after me r approved....I am the few who r left....I have another info pass appt on July 1
