Hello! Just wanna ask who will receive the letter (case no) from NVC the petitioner or me (the beneficiary) ? Just receive my noa2 last June 14, 2013. They said I need to wait for the case number from NVC. Trying to contact NVC but I cannot contact the line. Will you help me? What will I exp[ect after NOA2

We can get the case number from NVC. Once we have it, we can use the DS3032 email template and send it to NVC.

Usually the petitioner receives the DS3032 first via snail mail. It takes time to get the DS3032 that they send to the Philippines. So no need for the beneficiary to wait long. We can start the NVC process right away as soon as we have our case number.
